Job description:We are seeking a social media &amp; Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.As a Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building our brand&rsquo;s online presence and executing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be experienced in SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a direct impact on the company&rsquo;s digital strategy.Role Description<ul><li>Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.</li><li>Manage and grow the company&rsquo;s presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others.</li><li>Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.</li><li>Website Management: Update and maintain website content, landing pages, and SEO optimization.</li><li>Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.</li><li>Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and digital technologies; monitor competitors&rsquo; digital marketing strategies.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing.</li><li>Skills: Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and social media management tools like Hootsuite.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Marketing disciplines.</li><li>Must be self-motivated.</li><li>Be able to produce original ideas.</li><li>Business development attitude</li><li>Strong time management and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
