We are looking for a highly experienced Chief Accountant to oversee and manage the accounting team, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain strong internal controls within our BusinessKey Responsibilities- Supervise, mentor, and train the accounting team, fostering professional development.- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, producing timely financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), tax regulations, and internal financial controls- Analyze financial data to provide insights for budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvements.Job Requirements- Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.- Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 Years Experience preferably in Qatar or GCC, often with prior supervisory experience.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software and advanced MS Excel skills.Skills &amp; Abilities Required:- Organized- Attention to detail- Deadline oriented- Strategic Thinking and Decision-Making- LeadershipJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR11,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
