Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for our organization.

The candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external financial consultants
• Manage and mentor finance and accounting staff
• Support senior management with strategic financial decision-making
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Leadership and team management experience

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
