Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company's financial operations, planning, reporting, and banking relationships in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of finance facilities, debt facilities, and other financial instruments in Qatar, with the ability to manage corporate banking requirements and support the company's financial growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
• Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage and negotiate banking facilities, including loans, overdrafts, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and trade finance facilities.
• Evaluate financing options and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar's financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Identify financial risks and implement effective control measures.
• Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
• Support senior management with strategic financial analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of finance facilities, debt facilities, and other financial instruments in Qatar is required.
• Experience managing loans, overdraft facilities, bank guarantees, letters of credit (LCs), performance bonds, and trade finance products.
• Thorough understanding of corporate banking and financial regulations in Qatar.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
