Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of Al Saad Plaza Management. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with strategic insight to ensure the company’s financial health, compliance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance.
• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger operations.
• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors and consultants.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in property management, real estate, or retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and risk management.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
