This role is critical in ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining compliance, supporting staff productivity, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and a solid understanding of clinic operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily clinic operations, including front desk coordination, multi-line phone systems, and provider scheduling</li><li>Supervise and support administrative staff; provide training, performance feedback, and workflow optimization</li><li>Ensure efficient patient flow and a high standard of customer service</li><li>Supervise billing operations, including claims submission, follow-ups, insurance verification, and coordination with billing staff or third-party billing companies</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, supply ordering, invoice processing, and service coordination</li><li>Maintain accurate and compliant filing systems, including medical records and administrative documentation</li><li>Coordinate staff meetings, trainings, and clinic events to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Support HR functions including onboarding, employee records management, and staff development initiatives</li><li>Monitor office efficiency and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and compliance</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office management, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting</li><li>Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and motivating teams</li><li>Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and patient-focused service</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience in calendar management and scheduling coordination</li><li>Knowledge of vendor management, contract negotiation, and supply chain coordination</li><li>Familiarity with medical billing processes, insurance workflows, and EMR systems</li><li>Experience in HR processes including onboarding and employee record management</li></ul>Why Join Us? Overview We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Experienced Part Time Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care within a family practice clinical setting.
