Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Content Development</li><li>Create engaging content across multiple formats &mdash; public speaking topics, interviews, opinion talks, storytelling videos, and institute-related features.</li><li>Write and edit scripts for Kairos Talk sessions, promotional videos, and academic or motivational themes.</li><li>Generate creative and informative posts for social media platforms, website, and internal communications.</li><li>Strategic Planning &amp; Execution</li><li>Develop and implement content strategies to boost brand engagement and digital presence.</li><li>Plan monthly content calendars aligning with institute events, campaigns, and promotional goals.</li><li>Analyze content performance and suggest improvements for better reach and audience engagement.</li><li>Creative Storytelling</li><li>Ideate and present stories that connect emotionally and intellectually with students and audiences.</li><li>Ensure all content maintains the brand&rsquo;s tone, creativity, and professionalism.</li><li>Video &amp; Visual Content</li><li>Plan, script, and assist in the execution of video shoots for interviews, student stories, and institute highlights.</li><li>Collaborate with the design and video editing team to ensure visually appealing content.</li><li>Team Coordination</li><li>Work closely with marketing, academic, and media teams to collect inputs and ideas.</li><li>Coordinate with speakers, students, and faculty for interview-based or opinion-led content.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of planned content and campaigns.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in content creation, storytelling, or digital media production.</li><li>Excellent command over English and creative writing skills.</li><li>Ability to plan and execute content strategies effectively.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media trends and digital engagement techniques.</li><li>Basic video scripting, production, and editing knowledge preferred.</li><li>Creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude.</li></ul>Preferred Qualities<ul><li>Passion for education and youth engagement.</li><li>Confidence in on-camera communication and content presentation.</li><li>Innovative approach to content that promotes institute culture and brand growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Content creation: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Social media management: 4 years (Required)</li><li>Video presentation : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
