Job description:Kairos Institute is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive (FEMALE) to drive student admissions, brand visibility, and revenue growth.THIS VACANCY IS AVAILABLE TO FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCED CANDIDATESKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead Generation and Conversion: Utilise telecalling techniques to contact potential students, understand their educational needs, and match them with suitable programs offered by our institute. Aim to convert these leads into confirmed admissions.</li><li>Student Counselling: Provide comprehensive and personalised counselling to prospective students and their guardians over the phone, addressing their queries, concerns, and aspirations regarding our educational programs.</li><li>Admissions Process Management: Guide prospective students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment, including document submission and compliance with admission criteria.</li><li>Target Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding assigned admission targets during peak admission periods, contributing to the institute&rsquo;s growth objectives.</li><li>Marketing &amp; Outreach: Conduct marketing campaigns across Kerala and outside regions to promote courses and increase admissions.</li><li>Networking &amp; Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions for lead generation and collaborative activities.</li><li>Data Collection &amp; Market Research: Collect and analyze student data, competitor</li><li>activities, and market trends to strategize admissions campaigns effectively.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Sales and negotiation skills with target-oriented approach</li><li>Ability to build and maintain professional networks</li><li>Familiarity with education sector marketing trends</li><li>Basic digital marketing knowledge preferred</li><li>Data analysis and reporting skills</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector</li><li>Proven experience in high-value sales and B2C marketing will be an added advantage</li><li>High-Value Product Selling: Pitch and convert leads for premium programs with confidence and persuasive communication.</li><li>Lead Generation &amp; Conversion: Identify potential leads through seminars, education fairs, social media platforms, and follow up to achieve admission targets.</li><li>Event Coordination: Organize and represent the institute at education fairs, career counseling sessions, and promotional events.</li><li>Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team for social media campaigns, content creation, and online promotions.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analysis: Maintain regular reports on admissions, leads, and campaign performance for management review.</li><li>Travel for Business Development: Willingness to travel within and outside Bangalore for marketing and Networking.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;24,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
