Kairos Institute is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive (FEMALE) to drive student admissions, brand visibility, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Utilise telecalling techniques to contact potential students, understand their educational needs, and match them with suitable programs offered by our institute. Aim to convert these leads into confirmed admissions.
- Student Counselling: Provide comprehensive and personalised counselling to prospective students and their guardians over the phone, addressing their queries, concerns, and aspirations regarding our educational programs.
- Admissions Process Management: Guide prospective students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment, including document submission and compliance with admission criteria.
- Target Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding assigned admission targets during peak admission periods, contributing to the institute’s growth objectives.
- Marketing & Outreach: Conduct marketing campaigns across Kerala and outside regions to promote courses and increase admissions.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions for lead generation and collaborative activities.
- Data Collection & Market Research: Collect and analyze student data, competitor
- activities, and market trends to strategize admissions campaigns effectively.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation skills with target-oriented approach
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks
- Familiarity with education sector marketing trends
- Basic digital marketing knowledge preferred
- Data analysis and reporting skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector
- Proven experience in high-value sales and B2C marketing will be an added advantage
- High-Value Product Selling: Pitch and convert leads for premium programs with confidence and persuasive communication.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential leads through seminars, education fairs, social media platforms, and follow up to achieve admission targets.
- Event Coordination: Organize and represent the institute at education fairs, career counseling sessions, and promotional events.
- Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team for social media campaigns, content creation, and online promotions.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain regular reports on admissions, leads, and campaign performance for management review.
- Travel for Business Development: Willingness to travel within and outside Bangalore for marketing and Networking.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
