JOB DESCRIPTIONRole: Sales Associate (US Voice Process)Location: Gurgaon, Sector-58Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>The role needs adept understanding of financial products and banking domain for a superlative performance.</li><li>As a sales associate, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth objectives.</li><li>You must be comfortable facing overseas clients (Mostly U.S) and making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, and moving leads forward in the pipeline.</li><li>You would be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and aggressive follow-ups.</li><li>You should understand customer needs and requirements, route qualified opportunities, generate interest, close sales.</li><li>You should be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers.</li><li>Achieving incremental sales targets for specific product/service domain</li><li>Ensure adherence to policy/procedures governing the process</li><li>Daily report generation and process compliance</li><li>Knowledge of banking and financial industry preferred</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in outbound sales calling process in Loan consolidation and Debt Collection</li><li>Excellent spoken &amp; written English</li><li>0-6 years sales experience (Freshers are welcome)</li><li>Track record of over-achieving goals</li><li>Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Works well within a team and independently</li><li>Past experience in facing U.S client understanding of trade finance would be a plus</li><li>Graduate/ Undergraduate both can apply.</li></ul>Perks and Benefits:<ul><li>5 days working fixed (work FROM Office)</li><li>Incentives based upon performance</li><li>Both Side Cab</li><li>One Time Meal</li><li>Health Insurance Facility worth Rs 5 lacs</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;23,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
