<ul><li>Develop and implement the Training Plan in alignment with standards and operational goals.</li><li>Conduct Training Needs Analysis across departments to determine role-specific training requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads and the corporate office to schedule and deliver brand immersion, induction, and skills training programs.</li><li>Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs to develop departmental training champions.</li><li>Support recruitment and onboarding by ensuring all new hires receive consistent and engaging training experiences.</li><li>Work closely with project teams to integrate L&amp;D strategies with operational timelines.</li><li>Establish a continuous learning culture that supports career growth, retention, and performance excellence.</li><li>Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of programs using KPIs and feedback.</li><li>Facilitate soft skills, leadership development, and service excellence workshops.</li><li>Partner with operational leaders to identify talent gaps and support succession planning.</li><li>Lead compliance and mandatory training programs (e.g., Facility &amp; health &amp; safety, fire safety, brand compliance).</li><li>Manage performance improvement initiatives and coaching plans when required.</li></ul>QualificationsBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or related field.<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of L&amp;D experience in a hotel environment or Facility Management; pre-opening experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Facility &amp; hospitality service standards, training methodologies, and adult learning principles.</li><li>Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and adapt to the dynamic demands of a pre-opening project.</li></ul>Please contact on +968 91347359Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
