We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support clinical trials, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with investigators and research sites.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their career in clinical research within a dynamic, fast-paced, and internationally aligned environment.What You&rsquo;ll DoAs a Clinical Research Associate, you will:<ul><li>Conduct site monitoring visits (initiation, routine, and close-out visits)</li><li>Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements</li><li>Support study start-up activities including site selection and feasibility</li><li>Review and verify clinical trial data for accuracy and completeness</li><li>Maintain strong communication with investigators and site staff</li><li>Track study progress and prepare monitoring visit reports</li><li>Identify and resolve protocol deviations and data inconsistencies</li><li>Assist in regulatory documentation and ethics submissions</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trials (CRA experience preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to travel locally for site monitoring visits</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills</li><li>Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)</li></ul>Why Join UsWe believe in supporting our team with opportunities for growth, development, and meaningful impact in healthcare innovation.
