What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will:

• Conduct site monitoring visits (initiation, routine, and close-out visits)
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements
• Support study start-up activities including site selection and feasibility
• Review and verify clinical trial data for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain strong communication with investigators and site staff
• Track study progress and prepare monitoring visit reports
• Identify and resolve protocol deviations and data inconsistencies
• Assist in regulatory documentation and ethics submissions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trials (CRA experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally for site monitoring visits
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
