Industry: apply only from Garments / Textiles / Apparel Manufacturing Department: Purchase / Procurement Experience: 2&ndash;5 years in a similar role Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accessory Procurement:</li><li>Source and purchase garment accessories such as buttons, zippers, labels, tags, elastic, laces, etc., as per production requirements.</li><li>Identify and maintain a reliable supplier base for quality accessories.</li><li>Vendor Management:</li><li>Negotiate with vendors for best prices, quality, and lead times.</li><li>Maintain good relationships with existing vendors and develop new vendor networks.</li><li>Order &amp; Inventory Management:</li><li>Raise purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of accessories and ensure optimum stock levels.</li><li>Quality &amp; Compliance:</li><li>Ensure all accessories received meet quality standards and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for incoming material inspection.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Maintain purchase records, invoices, and delivery notes.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly purchase and stock reports.</li><li>Coordination:</li><li>Coordinate with design, sampling, production, and store teams to understand accessory needs and ensure availability.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Knowledge of garment accessories and their technical specifications</li><li>Negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with ERP/purchase software</li><li>Strong follow-up and organizational abilities</li><li>MS Excel and basic documentation skills</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate in Commerce/Textile/Fashion or equivalent</li><li>Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain or Material Management (preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;11,878.36 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
