Key Responsibilities:
- Accessory Procurement:
- Source and purchase garment accessories such as buttons, zippers, labels, tags, elastic, laces, etc., as per production requirements.
- Identify and maintain a reliable supplier base for quality accessories.
- Vendor Management:
- Negotiate with vendors for best prices, quality, and lead times.
- Maintain good relationships with existing vendors and develop new vendor networks.
- Order & Inventory Management:
- Raise purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels of accessories and ensure optimum stock levels.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure all accessories received meet quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for incoming material inspection.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Prepare daily/weekly purchase and stock reports.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate with design, sampling, production, and store teams to understand accessory needs and ensure availability.
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of garment accessories and their technical specifications
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP/purchase software
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
- MS Excel and basic documentation skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce/Textile/Fashion or equivalent
- Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain or Material Management (preferred)

Pay: ₹11,878.36 - ₹25,000.00 per month
