What makes the role meaty?

• Manage Procure-to-Pay (P 2P) cycle for CAPEX requirements of retail stores.
• Create purchase requisiti ons a nd purchase ord ers in SAP.
• Obtain and evaluate vend or quotati ons, condu ct price negotiati ons, and finalize procurement terms.
• Coordinate procurement of fixtures, SS items, bought-out materials, kitchen & refrigeration equipment , a nd general infrastructure works.
• Collaborate wi th site representatives and suppli ers to ensure on-time material delivery.
• Hand le invoice processing, payment follow- ups, a nd reconciliat ion with Finance teams.
• Oversee maintenance procurem ent for running retail stores, ensuring timely issue resolution and vendor service compliance.
• Maintain accura te documentat ion for all procurement transactions and ensu re audit and policy compliance.
• Ensure effective communication a nd problem-solv ing across cross-functional teams.

We hope that you have..

• Bachelor’s degre e in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experienc e in retail procurement or CAPEX procurement.
• Hands-on experience wit h SAP for procurement transactions is a must.
• Strong proficienc y in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Excel lent communication, negotiation, and coordin ation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
