Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing ExecutiveDepartment: Marketing / Digital Marketing Experience Required: 3&ndash;6 Years Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PPC campaigns, Google Ads, SEO, and other performance marketing channels. You will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, improving conversions, and enhancing our online visibility.Key Responsibilities:Pay-Per-Click (PPC) &amp; Google Ads:<ul><li>Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn).</li><li>Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize ROI.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Optimize bids, landing pages, and ad creatives for better quality scores and conversions.</li><li>Stay updated on Google Ads policies and best practices.</li></ul>Search Engine Optimization (SEO):<ul><li>Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.</li><li>Optimize website content, meta tags, and site architecture for improved rankings.</li><li>Build high-quality backlinks and manage outreach activities.</li><li>Track and report on key SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare and present regular performance reports on campaign metrics, KPIs, and ROI.</li><li>Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio for data-driven decision-making.</li></ul>Other Digital Marketing Activities:<ul><li>Support social media advertising and email marketing campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align marketing goals.</li><li>Identify growth opportunities and propose new strategies for lead generation and brand visibility.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of proven experience in PPC, Google Ads, and SEO management.</li><li>Certification in Google Ads / Analytics preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data interpretation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Excel.</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>PPC Campaign Management</li><li>Google Ads &amp; Display Network</li><li>SEO (On-Page &amp; Off-Page)</li><li>Google Analytics &amp; Tag Manager</li><li>Keyword Research &amp; Competitor Analysis</li><li>Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)</li><li>Content Marketing Basics</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
