Job Deliverables &ndash; Talent Acquisition Specialist 1. Talent Strategy &amp; Planning: <ul><li>Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop strategic hiring plans.</li></ul><ul><li>Forecast hiring needs in alignment with business growth and workforce planning.</li></ul><ul><li>Design and implement robust sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across roles and levels.</li></ul>2. Talent Sourcing &amp; Outreach: <ul><li>Source candidates through various channels including job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, recruitment firms, campus drives, and employee referrals.</li></ul><ul><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities.</li></ul>3. Screening &amp; Selection: <ul><li>Review resumes and applications to identify potential fits.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates&rsquo; skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li></ul><ul><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and timely recruitment process.</li></ul><ul><li>Administer and analyze candidate assessments where applicable.</li></ul>4. Recruitment Operations &amp; Coordination: <ul><li>Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of candidate records.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare offer letters, coordinate background checks, and support the onboarding process in collaboration with HR operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure adherence to internal recruitment KPIs, timelines, and hiring standards.</li></ul>5. Candidate Experience &amp; Employer Branding: <ul><li>Promote a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as a brand ambassador for Damati Group by articulating our values, culture, and opportunities to potential hires.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide timely feedback.</li></ul>6. Market Insights &amp; Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Monitor industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices within the manufacturing and export sectors.</li></ul><ul><li>Propose and implement process improvements for enhanced recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.</li></ul>An outcome to Drive. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance and satisfaction of the sales team by implementing effective HR strategies. The key outcome to drive is to create a high-performing and motivated sales team that achieves or exceeds sales targets and contributes to the company's overall growth and success. Talent Acquisition Specialist will significantly contribute to the company&rsquo;s ability to meet its business goals and maintain a competitive edge in the market.Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job. Education &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>A minimum of 2&ndash;4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing, FMCG, or export-driven sectors.</li></ul>Technical Skills: <ul><li>Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean searches, and recruitment analytics.</li></ul>Behavioral Competencies: <ul><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li></ul><ul><li>A passion for identifying talent and building high-performing teams.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Postgraduate qualification or certification in HR (e.g., PGDM in HR, SHRM-CP, PHR).</li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience in scaling recruitment for high-growth or export-oriented organizations.</li></ul>Location: MumbaiJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;700,000.00 - &#8377;1,600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
