 Key Responsibilities

 * Brand campaigns and launches
 
 
 * Agent personal branding materials
 
 
 * Print collateral (brochures, flyers, event materials)
 
 
 * Presentations and pitch decks
 
 
 * Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts
 
 
 * Ensure all designs align with Kamani Living&rsquo;s brand guidelines
 
 
 * Work closely with videographers, editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive output
 
 
 * Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and direction
 
 
 * Stay up to date with design trends, AI tools, and platform-specific best practices
 
 
 * Manage and organise design files and templates for team efficiency
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 * 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (luxury, lifestyle, or real estate preferred)
 
 
 * Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and campaign work
 
 
 * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
 
 
 * Experience working with social-first and performance-driven creatives
 
 
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating within a creative team
