 Office Manager
 
 at Kamani Living, you'll play a key role in creating a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for our team and visitors. You&rsquo;ll manage the day-to-day operations of the office, support leadership with administrative tasks, coordinate internal communications, and help foster a productive, design-led workspace culture.  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage office supplies, vendors, utilities, and maintenance needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Support senior leadership with administrative and scheduling tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internal team communications, meetings, and events
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Help onboard new team members and ensure office policies are followed
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a professional and visually cohesive office space in line with the Kamani Living brand
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in an office management, executive assistant, or administrative support role (experience in real estate or design-focused companies is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software; familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or Notion is a bonus
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional, warm, and detail-oriented approach
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
 </li>
