JD for HR Executive:Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Source and screen candidates through portals and referrals</li><li>Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers</li><li>Issue offer letters and support documentation</li><li>Conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions</li></ul>2. Employee Records &amp; HR Operations<ul><li>Maintain employee database and HRMS systems</li><li>Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets</li><li>Prepare HR reports and dashboards</li><li>Handle employee queries related to HR policies</li></ul>3. Payroll &amp; Compliance Support<ul><li>Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll inputs</li><li>Track attendance, overtime, and deductions</li><li>Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.)</li></ul>4. Employee Engagement<ul><li>Plan and coordinate engagement activities and events</li><li>Assist in surveys, feedback collection, and action plans</li></ul>5. Performance Management<ul><li>Support the annual/quarterly appraisal process</li><li>Follow up with teams for goal setting and review cycles</li></ul>6. Policy Implementation<ul><li>Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures</li><li>Support updating and communicating HR policies</li></ul>7. Exit Formalities<ul><li>Coordinate resignation and exit interviews</li><li>Manage full &amp; final settlement documentation</li><li>Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers</li><li>Issue offer letters and support documentation</li><li>Conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li><li>Good understanding of HR operations and compliance</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office &amp; HRMS software</li><li>Problem-solving attitude</li><li>Confidentiality &amp; professionalism</li></ul>Eligibility / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in HR generalist profile</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws (preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
