JD for HR Executive:
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and screen candidates through portals and referrals
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Issue offer letters and support documentation
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions
2. Employee Records & HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and HRMS systems
- Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies
3. Payroll & Compliance Support
- Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll inputs
- Track attendance, overtime, and deductions
- Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.)
4. Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate engagement activities and events
- Assist in surveys, feedback collection, and action plans
5. Performance Management
- Support the annual/quarterly appraisal process
- Follow up with teams for goal setting and review cycles
6. Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
- Support updating and communicating HR policies
7. Exit Formalities
- Coordinate resignation and exit interviews
- Manage full & final settlement documentation
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Issue offer letters and support documentation
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR operations and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS software
- Problem-solving attitude
- Confidentiality & professionalism
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 1–4 years of experience in HR generalist profile
- Knowledge of labor laws (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
