Position: Executive / Sr. Executive – HR & GA (Statutory Compliance)

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified HR professional with strong expertise in Statutory Compliance and Industrial Relations for our heavy engineering manufacturing unit at Ambernath. The role involves ensuring 100% legal compliance, maintaining statutory records, and liaising with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Liaise with authorities (Apprenticeship Board, Labour Office, MIDC, etc.).
  • Manage apprentice engagement under the Apprentices Act.
  • Handle renewals of licenses, permits, and registrations.
  • Prepare compliance reports and support audits (including ISO).
  • Support HR & Admin team in related activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, IR, or Personnel Management.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in statutory compliance (Manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Good understanding of labour laws, documentation, and audit practices.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
