Position: Executive / Sr. Executive &ndash; HR &amp; GA (Statutory Compliance) Department: HR &amp; GA Location: Ambernath, Maharashtra Industry: Heavy Engineering / ManufacturingJob Description: We are looking for a qualified HR professional with strong expertise in Statutory Compliance and Industrial Relations for our heavy engineering manufacturing unit at Ambernath. The role involves ensuring 100% legal compliance, maintaining statutory records, and liaising with government authorities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure adherence to all labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.</li><li>Liaise with authorities (Apprenticeship Board, Labour Office, MIDC, etc.).</li><li>Manage apprentice engagement under the Apprentices Act.</li><li>Handle renewals of licenses, permits, and registrations.</li><li>Prepare compliance reports and support audits (including ISO).</li><li>Support HR &amp; Admin team in related activities.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, IR, or Personnel Management.</li><li>8&ndash;10 years&rsquo; experience in statutory compliance (Manufacturing industry preferred).</li><li>Good understanding of labour laws, documentation, and audit practices.</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills.</li></ul>Interested candidates may share their updated resume with current and expected CTC at hr@perceiveit.inJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;600,000.00 - &#8377;1,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
