<ul><li>Day-to-day accounting: Handling accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices, bank reconciliations, and ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions.</li><li>Financial reporting: Preparing and reviewing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements), analyzing financial data to identify trends and discrepancies, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies, preparing and submitting tax returns and other statutory filings, and assisting with audits.</li><li>Collaboration: Working with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information, communicating with vendors, clients, and auditors, and contributing to the development of financial strategies.</li><li>Process Improvement: Assisting in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices: This includes knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant financial regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in financial software and systems: Experience with accounting software like Tally, as well as Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
