Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

• Day-to-day accounting: Handling accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices, bank reconciliations, and ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Financial reporting: Preparing and reviewing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements), analyzing financial data to identify trends and discrepancies, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies, preparing and submitting tax returns and other statutory filings, and assisting with audits.
• Collaboration: Working with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information, communicating with vendors, clients, and auditors, and contributing to the development of financial strategies.
• Process Improvement: Assisting in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices: This includes knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems: Experience with accounting software like Tally, as well as Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies.
• Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
• Organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
