The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase our brand visibility, promote our unique book series (like our STEM-based Kangaroo Super Computers), and strengthen our relationships with schools and educational institutions across Lahore.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Visit schools to give brief presentations on the company's different books and curriculum.</li><li>Liaise with key personnel at schools, such as principals, vice principals, and teachers, to build relationships and promote the company's products and services.</li><li>Convince schools to implement the company's latest curriculum and books by highlighting the key features and benefits to students and teachers.</li><li>Prepare book samples and other marketing materials for use during school visits.</li><li>Conduct field visits on a daily basis to visit schools and promote the company's products and services.</li><li>Follow up with schools after visits to answer questions and provide additional information.</li><li>Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote the company's books and curriculum to schools.</li><li>Collect and analyze data on marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Keep up to date with the latest trends in the education market and develop marketing strategies accordingly.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills.<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (2-3+ years preferred) in a marketing role, preferably within the publishing or education sector.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Familiarity with the Pakistani education system and the Single National Curriculum (SNC) is a significant advantage.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be part of a mission-driven company that is making a real impact on education in Pakistan.</li><li>A creative and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you are passionate about books and have a creative approach to marketing, we would love to hear from you.
