Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase our brand visibility, promote our unique book series (like our STEM-based Kangaroo Super Computers), and strengthen our relationships with schools and educational institutions across Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Visit schools to give brief presentations on the company's different books and curriculum.
• Liaise with key personnel at schools, such as principals, vice principals, and teachers, to build relationships and promote the company's products and services.
• Convince schools to implement the company's latest curriculum and books by highlighting the key features and benefits to students and teachers.
• Prepare book samples and other marketing materials for use during school visits.
• Conduct field visits on a daily basis to visit schools and promote the company's products and services.
• Follow up with schools after visits to answer questions and provide additional information.
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote the company's books and curriculum to schools.
• Collect and analyze data on marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in the education market and develop marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3+ years preferred) in a marketing role, preferably within the publishing or education sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with the Pakistani education system and the Single National Curriculum (SNC) is a significant advantage.
