Qualification : MSc Nursing<ul><li>Creating and implementing nursing policies to foster a positive and organized work environment while planning, prioritizing and assigning health care tasks to clinical support team members</li><li>Managing medication schedules and ensuring communication with the medical team to avoid medication errors</li><li>Encouraging all staff to adhere to the highest standards in patient care and conducting regular staff reviews</li><li>Maintaining knowledge of current trends in nursing and ambulatory care and educating teams</li><li>Communicating with patients and their family members as needed, and offering emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families in distress</li><li>Assessing, processing and discharging patients</li><li>Managing patient and employee records with a focus on following HIPAA regulations and quality standards</li><li>Providing a direct line of communication between patients, nursing staff and physicians</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
