Staff Nurse

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care. This role involves assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
• Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies
• Advocate for patient needs and comfort
• Maintain professional standards and comply with hospital policies and legal regulation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid nursing license/registration with the appropriate nursing council
• Knowledge of nursing procedures, medical equipment, and patient care standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
