This position partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to translate business objectives into actionable insights, forecasts, and execution plans.Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Business Analyst tracks and communicates key sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring projects remain aligned with business goals and performance expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Analysis &amp; Business Support<ul><li>Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market data to identify risks and opportunities</li><li>Perform P&amp;L analysis to support pricing, product planning, and strategic decision-making</li><li>Develop and maintain sales, inventory, licensing, and financial forecasts</li><li>Create and present monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting for leadership</li></ul>Project &amp; Initiative Management<ul><li>Track and report on key sales and marketing initiatives from concept through execution</li><li>Define project objectives, scope, requirements, timelines, and success metrics</li><li>Ensure initiatives remain aligned with broader business strategy</li><li>Track progress and outcomes, while outlining any potential risks, providing clear updates to stakeholders</li></ul>Forecasting &amp; Planning<ul><li>Compile and analyze customer-level and license-level performance reports</li><li>Develop inventory forecasts in coordination with sales plans and demand trends</li><li>Support quarterly and annual budget planning</li><li>Identify variances versus plan and recommend corrective actions</li></ul>Market &amp; Growth Insights<ul><li>Research market trends, competitive activity, and new growth opportunities</li><li>Evaluate new marketing methods, partners, and channels</li><li>Translate external market data into practical business recommendations</li></ul>Data, Systems &amp; Process Support<ul><li>Improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and analytical workflows</li><li>Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, and either MS Access or SQL to deliver scalable insights</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related field</li><li>3+ years of experience in business analysis, sales analytics, marketing analytics, or related roles</li><li>Strong analytical and financial modeling skills</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and either MS Access or SQL</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives</li><li>Experience supporting sales teams and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please include a cover page with your resume. </li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Blue Bell, PA 19422
