 Project, Global Infrastructure and Site Preparation
 
 located in
 
 Yalova Shipyard
 
 .
 
 
 
 
 
 
 WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A relevant university degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 5 years Experience in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the organization and tracking of mechanical and automation works for the site preparation of newly commissioned power plants is a significant advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and MS Office (especially advanced Excel and Project).
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical drawing reading and interpretation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred: Knowledge of SAP, Navisworks, SolidWorks, or similar CAD/PLM software.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 5 years of experience in the above items and power plants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English (both written and verbal),
 </li>
 <li>
 No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably residing or planning to reside in Yalova, the Anatolian side of Istanbul, Gebze, or Kocaeli.
 </li>

 You will be at the heart of our project initiation phase, ensuring that all site preparation activities are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizing and supervising mechanical and automation works for the site preparation of newly commissioned power plants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing and regularly reporting on project progress status.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing and archiving technical documents, method statements, and permit procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing project closure reports and presenting improvement suggestions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting proactive risk assessments and developing preventive action plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning and tracking manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working in close cooperation with Design, Planning, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and HSE (Health, Safety &amp; Environment) departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Directing and coordinating the site preparation team (foremen, technicians, operators).
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing subcontractor coordination.
 </li>
