We are looking for a Project Assistant Manager to be assigned to our Global Infrastructure and Site Preparation located in Yalova.


WHAT DO WE EXPECT?


  • A relevant university degree.
  • At least 5 years Experience in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation fields.
  • Experience in the organization and tracking of mechanical and automation works for the site preparation of newly commissioned power plants is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and MS Office (especially advanced Excel and Project).
  • Technical drawing reading and interpretation skills.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SAP, Navisworks, SolidWorks, or similar CAD/PLM software.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the above items and power plants.
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal),
  • No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
  • Preferably residing or planning to reside in Yalova, the Anatolian side of Istanbul, Gebze, or Kocaeli.


WHAT AWAITS YOU?


  • You will be at the heart of our project initiation phase, ensuring that all site preparation activities are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
  • Organizing and supervising mechanical and automation works for the site preparation of newly commissioned power plants.
  • Preparing and regularly reporting on project progress status.
  • Preparing and archiving technical documents, method statements, and permit procedures.
  • Developing project closure reports and presenting improvement suggestions.
  • Conducting proactive risk assessments and developing preventive action plans.
  • Planning and tracking manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
  • Working in close cooperation with Design, Planning, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) departments.
  • Directing and coordinating the site preparation team (foremen, technicians, operators).
  • Managing subcontractor coordination.
