The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to take on diverse responsibilities with enthusiasm.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy.</li><li>Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and specialized accounting tools like excel, google docs.</li><li>Coordinate calendar management for team members, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls efficiently.</li><li>Handle correspondence via email, Word processing documents, proofreading materials for clarity and accuracy.</li><li>Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and ensuring the office environment is tidy and well-equipped.</li><li>Assist with client communication by providing excellent customer service and support via phone or in person.</li><li>Perform clerical duties including emails, scanning documents, and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous administrative or clerical experience in an office setting is required; experience supporting a busy front desk or personal assistant role is highly valued.</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), spreadsheets, data entry tools, and familiarity with productivity software.</li><li>Experience using multi-line phone systems and managing phone etiquette to ensure clear communication.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients and team members.</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of computer software is preferred for handling basic transactions.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.</li></ul>Join us in creating a welcoming office atmosphere where efficiency meets excellence!
