One of our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction projects&mdash;particularly high-rise buildings&mdash;and strong technical and analytical skills to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy in all project phases.<ul><li>Qualification: BE Civil (Preferred)</li><li>Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.</li><li>Gender: Male</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.</li><li>Conduct rate analysis and manage variation orders.</li><li>Handle material requirements and manage Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).</li><li>Review and process sub-contractor bills and payments.</li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure cost control across multiple projects.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (2D/3D).</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Experience in high-rise building projects is essential.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Senior Quantity Surveyor

<ul><li>Position: Electrical Engineer</li><li>Qualification: Electrical Engineer or equivalent.</li><li>Gender: Male</li><li>Experience: 10+ Years</li></ul>Any Other Specification:<ul><li>Supervise and manage all electrical works.</li><li>Ensure all electrical works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, SLDs, specifications, and relevant standards.</li><li>Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth progress.</li><li>Review and verify shop drawings, material submissions, load calculations, DB schedules, and cable sizing.</li><li>Oversee installation of conduiting, trunking, cable trays, wiring, panels, transformers, generators, and switchgear.</li><li>Inspect and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the execution process.</li><li>Manage testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical systems.</li><li>Verify quantities and completed works for billing purposes and coordinate with procurement for material requirements.</li><li>Provide guidance to junior engineers, foremen, and subcontractor teams to maintain high standards of workmanship.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
