Manager Construction

One of our client is hiring: Construction Manager (C.M)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with design and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects as per scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Ensure site safety and compliance with HSE regulations
• Oversee execution of infrastructure works (roads, drainage, water supply, sewerage, electrical, etc.)
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and report critical issues to management
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges
• Provide technical guidance and ensure smooth site operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• 8–12 years of relevant construction/project management experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure and site execution
