Job Summary
The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and managing all construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineers to resolve technical issues.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, and construction schedules.
- Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Manage material procurement and ensure timely availability of resources.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
