Job Title: Construction Manager – Infrastructure

A well-known housing scheme in Mandi Bahauddin is seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager – Infrastructure to join our team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience in construction companies and housing scheme development projects.
• Proven experience in managing infrastructure works, including roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, and related civil works.
• Strong leadership, project management, and contractor coordination skills.
• Ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
• Local residents of Mandi Bahauddin will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage infrastructure construction activities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and manage project resources effectively.
