 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop purchasing / sourcing strategies based on company goals &amp; planning new purchasing demand to make them ready for serial production , securing them with a commercial agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up new technologies under his/her responsibilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive the procurement strategies / alternative solutions in order to meet cost savings targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and maintain category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate with suppliers on cost, lead-time and quality with related division coordination
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University degree in Engineering department and/ or Business faculty
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing and/or Electronic sector ( Defence, EMS etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of MS office programs, and ERP knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced analytical, problem-solving skills ,decision making skilll under pressure
 </li>
 <li>
 Function ability and experience in a cross-functional team environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English, both written and spoken,
 </li>
 <li>
 Living or willing to live in Ankara
 </li>
