The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound interactions effectively.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle inbound customer calls and respond to service inquiries.</li><li>Perform outbound and cold calls for customer engagement and follow-ups.</li><li>Manage order processing and coordination with vendors.</li><li>Ensure accurate order updates and timely system entries.</li><li>Work on customer growth and retention initiatives.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.</li><li>Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.</li><li>Update records, remarks, and reports using MS Office and internal systems.</li><li>Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage sales and customer service tasks simultaneously.</li><li>MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.).</li><li>Strong problem-solving and complaint handling skills.</li><li>Flexible with shift timings.</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: PKR 40,000 (Fixed) + Performance Incentives</li><li>Employment Type: Permanent Position</li><li>Growth Opportunities within the company</li><li>Professional and collaborative work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
