Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (Sales & Operations) who will manage customer interactions, handle order processing, and support sales and retention activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to service inquiries.
• Perform outbound and cold calls for customer engagement and follow-ups.
• Manage order processing and coordination with vendors.
• Ensure accurate order updates and timely system entries.
• Work on customer growth and retention initiatives.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.
• Update records, remarks, and reports using MS Office and internal systems.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage sales and customer service tasks simultaneously.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and complaint handling skills.
• Flexible with shift timings.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 40,000 (Fixed) + Performance Incentives
