Key Responsibilities:Assessment and Evaluation:<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients&rsquo; physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings</li></ul>Therapeutic Intervention:<ul><li>Implement therapeutic activities aimed at improving patients&rsquo; functional abilities and daily living skills.</li><li>Utilize a variety of techniques, including but not limited to, arts and crafts, functional training, and cognitive-behavioral strategies.</li></ul>Patient and Family Education:<ul><li>Educate patients and their families about therapeutic processes and strategies to enhance recovery and quality of life.</li><li>Provide guidance on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications</li></ul>Collaboration and Communication:<ul><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.</li><li>Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.</li></ul>Professional Development:<ul><li>Stay current with advancements in occupational therapy and mental health care through ongoing education and professional development.</li><li>Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.</li></ul>Licensure/Certification:<ul><li>Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.</li><li>Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy .</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting preferred.</li><li>Experience with a diverse patient population, including those with severe and persistent mental illness.</li></ul>Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Strong assessment and clinical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>
