Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage all accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the management in strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations including cash, bank, journal entries, purchase &amp; sales records.</li><li>Handle branch-wise accounts consolidation and monthly closing.</li><li>Prepare financial statements, P&amp;L reports, and MIS for management.</li><li>Supervise billing, voucher verification, and stock reconciliation.</li><li>Manage statutory compliance: GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other returns.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.</li><li>Monitor credit control, debtor follow-up, and collection reports.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting activities.</li><li>Lead and guide the accounts team to maintain strong internal controls.</li><li>MIS Reports</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in Accounts &mdash; Jewellery / Retail sector preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / accounting software.</li><li>Familiarity with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory regulations.</li><li>Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage a team and work under deadlines.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to work with a reputed jewellery brand</li><li>Growth and leadership opportunities</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,668.28 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
