Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage all accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the management in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including cash, bank, journal entries, purchase & sales records.
• Handle branch-wise accounts consolidation and monthly closing.
• Prepare financial statements, P&L reports, and MIS for management.
• Supervise billing, voucher verification, and stock reconciliation.
• Manage statutory compliance: GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other returns.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Monitor credit control, debtor follow-up, and collection reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Lead and guide the accounts team to maintain strong internal controls.
• MIS Reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Accounts — Jewellery / Retail sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / accounting software.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory regulations.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under deadlines.
