Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit hospitals, clinics, and doctors regularly to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Introduce and explain the company’s medical products or services.
  • Collect feedback from doctors and clients to improve services.
  • Maintain a record of daily visits, client interactions, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales and dispatch teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner during hospital or clinic visits.
  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt communication and support.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Minimum Degree (Science or Pharmacy background preferred).
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Medical / Pharma field experience preferred).
  • Gender: Male or Female can apply.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Telugu & English).
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Must have a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
  • Willing to travel locally for hospital and doctor visits.
  • Note: This is a non-target-based position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
