Hiring for Customer Service Executive (FMCG Background)

Location- Andheri East

Company- Manufacturing into Plastics Packaging

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in customer service or client servicing for FMCG clients, preferably in plastic manufacturing or packaging.
• Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain dynamics and service expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for FMCG clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, supply chain, and packaging teams at client organizations.
• Ensure all client documentation (POs, invoices, delivery notes) is accurate and complete.
• Liaise with internal teams (QA, production, logistics) to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Address customer complaints related to product quality, delivery delays, or service issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:

• FMCG Clients : 4 years (Preferred)
• Customer support: 4 years (Preferred)
• Plastics Packaging: 4 years (Preferred)
