Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Uma Ornaments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between the company and its customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service. The role requires a strong ability to multitask and maintain excellent customer relations in a fast-paced jewellery manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Inquiries: Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on resolving issues and providing product information.

· Order Management: Assist with order processing, including entry and tracking of customer orders in the system.

· Product Information: Provide accurate details about product availability, pricing, and specifications to customers.

· Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

· Coordination: Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

· Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within the jewellery industry.

· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

· Proficiency with customer management systems and MS Office Suite.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of jewellery products, design, and manufacturing processes.

· Experience in the jewellery industry or a similar field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
