Sales Coordinator

India

Manages & Asses sales teams’ daily sales, operations and performance

  • Coordinate and support the sales team with day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and dashboards using Excel.
  • Assist in order processing, invoicing, and follow-up with customers/distributors.
  • Track sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to management.
  • Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery and payment collections.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
  • Provide support in handling customer queries and feedback.
  • Assist in data entry and reconciliation in Tally as required.
  • Utilize Field Assist software (or similar) for sales tracking, attendance, and reporting

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, MIS reporting).
  • Basic knowledge of Tally ERP.
  • Familiarity with Field Assist software (preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
