Showroom Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our boutique team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting high-end timepieces, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the brand's luxury standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in all areas of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell luxury timepieces to clients with a deep understanding of the brand and product.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide personalized service to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store display standards.
• Ensure a seamless sales process from initial engagement to after-sales support.
• Actively participate in achieving boutique sales targets and KPIs.
• Attend and support brand events, in-store activities, and marketing campaigns.
• Uphold housekeeping and operational standards in accordance with company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
