We specialize in medical billing, customer support, CRM operations, recruitment support, and data-driven solutions.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Medical Billing &amp; Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Expert to manage and optimize the complete billing lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in medical billing, coding, insurance follow-ups, and denial management, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement from payers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), from patient registration to final payment</li><li>Prepare, review, and submit medical claims accurately and on time</li><li>Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits</li><li>Handle claim rejections, denials, and appeals efficiently</li><li>Perform payment posting, adjustments, and account reconciliation</li><li>Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid or underpaid claims</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and healthcare regulations</li><li>Analyze billing reports and identify opportunities to improve revenue performance</li><li>Work closely with providers and internal teams to resolve billing issues</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in medical billing and RCM (minimum X years preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding</li><li>Hands-on experience with insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)</li><li>Experience in denial management and AR follow-ups</li><li>Familiarity with EHR/EMR and medical billing software</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Certification in Medical Billing or Coding (CPB, CPC, CCS, etc.)</li><li>Experience with hospital or multi-specialty billing</li><li>Knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations and payer policies</li><li>Experience working with high-volume claims environments</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Opportunity to work with a growing healthcare organisation</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their updated CV to: hr@kayasystems.comWork Location: In-person Commute/Relocation: Lahore &ndash; Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before joining (Required)Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
