About the Role

Kaya Systems is seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Influencer & Content Creator to build brand awareness, create engaging content, and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video and photo content for social media platforms.
• Record reels, shorts, and promotional videos.
• Develop content strategies to increase audience engagement.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.
• Stay updated with social media trends and viral content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor analytics and optimize content performance.
• Build and engage online communities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or influencer marketing.
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Experience creating reels, TikToks, shorts, and viral content.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal social media following is a plus.
• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing previous content and campaigns.
