Work Profile: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to join our team. The role involves creating collections, conducting research &amp; development, and managing sampling. The ideal candidate should be able to identify trends, understand technical aspects of garment construction, and support day-to-day brand activities including social media and order management.Responsibilities &amp; Duties<ul><li>Develop new collections from concept to sampling.</li><li>Conduct trend research, fabric research, and R&amp;D.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and manage sourcing and field work.</li><li>Oversee sampling, fit checks, and technical details.</li><li>Create and schedule social media posts.</li><li>Manage online orders and basic customer communication.</li><li>Support photoshoots when required.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).</li><li>Strong command of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Ability in sketching and digital illustration.</li><li>Knowledge of photography is an added advantage.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in a similar role.</li></ul>Additional Details<ul><li>Location: Gurgaon</li><li>Timings: 10:00 AM &ndash; 6:30 PM</li><li>Salary: &#8377;25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
