Assistant Fashion Designer & Merchandiser

Work Profile:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to join our team. The role involves creating collections, conducting research & development, and managing sampling. The ideal candidate should be able to identify trends, understand technical aspects of garment construction, and support day-to-day brand activities including social media and order management.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop new collections from concept to sampling.
• Conduct trend research, fabric research, and R&D.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage sourcing and field work.
• Oversee sampling, fit checks, and technical details.
• Create and schedule social media posts.
• Manage online orders and basic customer communication.
• Support photoshoots when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Ability in sketching and digital illustration.
• Knowledge of photography is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Additional Details

• Location: Gurgaon
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Salary: ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
